@vincentfiduccia @yesthatkarim Good point. Nobody imagined the whole country on two-way video. Also, there is so much bandwidth eaten up by people streaming Netflix etc. Cable companies are profit maximizing. Though this is a public policy challenge since it’s impacting education, Comcast can choose to help.

I called Comcast on behalf of a customer who was struggling with VPN connectivity, and they advised that the customer should be paying 10x for business grade Internet if they are working from home.And yeah, they got COVID.
